To help you relax, you’ll be provided with an eye mask, neck pillow, cushion, or blanket. Focus on the Sounds: As you get settled, close your eyes and focus on the sounds produced by various musical instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, drums, and Tibetan tingsha.
