Bach Remedies

Bach Flower Remedies is a set of 38 + 1 flower essences used for healing the emotions. They were discovered by Dr Edward Bach in England about 80 years ago. Similar to the homeopathic principle, each of the 38 plants has a vibrational frequency that echoes the natural vibration of the corresponding positive emtoion and could therefore restore a negative emotion to its positive state. The simplicity of the system means that people could easily use it to heal themselves, friends and family, as well as animals and plants. However some people may see a need to consult a practitioner to help them choose the most appropriate remedies for their case.
